Do you have a friend or family member who is a gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or questioning (LGBTQ) youth? Maybe you want to support them, but don’t know how. You can be supportive just by referring them to Youth Outlook. We provide programs that are geared specifically to the things they care about—coming out, school safety, spirituality, dating, health, and more.

Youth Outlook also welcomes straight allies to our programs, so friends of LGBTQ youth are encouraged to attend group meetings with them.

For families, we have an annual Family Night so that parents, siblings, and friends can meet Youth Outlook staff and other youth. This important interaction helps families understand what their child is going through and that they are in a safe place when they are with Youth Outlook.
