For our second year, Youth Outlook invites you to join us at a special evening for Dare to Dream, our black-tie-optional gourmet dinner.

We expect a record turnout, so get your tickets now! Come help us celebrate our storied past, our vibrant present and our bright future. With the opening of another center, and reaching out to more youth, Youth Outlook is a vital beacon for those youth whose lives we are making a difference. Hosted by the Culinary Arts Center of Elgin Community College and emceed by Chicago's own Jessica Halem, this spectacular event celebrates the one year anniversary of becoming Youth Outlook and will explore the many dreams and aspirations of those youth, staff, and supporters involved. We will recognize three honorees at the event
