Meet the Staff

Youth Outlook is fully staffed by a team of experienced social workers, nonprofit professionals, and a large group of trained and incredibly dedicated volunteers. Our team tirelessly contributes their talent and expertise to advance our mission to celebrate, empower, advocate for, and provide services to LGBTQ+ youth and their families, friends, and communities.

Executive Director (MSW)

Youth Outlook’s Executive Director joined us midway through our first year, providing expert guidance for over two decades. Under their leadership, Youth Outlook has grown from a volunteer-run social group with a single drop-in center to a recognized social services agency with fourteen drop-in centers in seven counties, support groups for LGBTQ+ youth and their families, and community outreach and education. They are an author, activist, and highly sought-after speaker and have a Master of Social Work,

Our development team are credentialed nonprofit experts, including a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services. The development team applies their skills to help drive successful fundraising efforts, donor outreach, and Youth Outlook awareness in the communities we serve.
