Executive Director (MSW)
Youth Outlook’s Executive Director joined us midway through our first year, providing expert guidance for over two decades. Under their leadership, Youth Outlook has grown from a volunteer-run social group with a single drop-in center to a recognized social services agency with fourteen drop-in centers in seven counties, support groups for LGBTQ+ youth and their families, and community outreach and education. They are an author, activist, and highly sought-after speaker and have a Master of Social Work,
Development (MA, CAVS)
Our development team are credentialed nonprofit experts, including a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services. The development team applies their skills to help drive successful fundraising efforts, donor outreach, and Youth Outlook awareness in the communities we serve.
Director of Operations and Programming (LCSW)
Youth Outlook’s Director of Operations and Programming is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in LGBTQ+ work. She supports educators, mental health professionals, housing providers, and other youth workers to create safe, supportive, and affirming policies and practices for working with queer and trans young people and their families.
Program Leaders
Our highly trained Drop-In Center program leaders are the heart of Youth Outlook. We are fortunate to have assembled a team of caring, compassionate, knowledgeable individuals to counsel and support the needs of our LGBTQ+ youth and their families. The team consists of social workers, Master’s degree holders, and former interns who are devoted to creating safe, healing spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.
